Excellent location near vaporetto stations Ca D'Oro and Rialto Mercato. Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Lovely terrace overlooking the canal. Helpful and polite staff. Tasty breakfast.

Amazing location overlooking the canal. Plenty of space in the room for four people and a nice sitting area.

The hotel wanted to charge for tea bags and milk after the initial supply on the first day, which seemed illogical considering they provided a kettle in the room.

The room was comfortable with a bathtub and beautiful views of the Grand Canal. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices. The location was good, about 900m from St. Mark's Square.

We felt welcome and had no complaints whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with stunning views of the canal from the terrace. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast room waitress and the porter. We especially enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Rialto market, making it easy to explore and experience the local culture. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with beautifully renovated bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast options are varied and delicious.

The bar isn't fully manned and lacks some expected facilities for a 4-star hotel.

I loved this hotel. The attention to detail was extraordinary, from the beautiful Venetian design of the room to the fine view of the Grand Canal. Being right on the canal was a treat, as we could see the constant activity and gondolas passing by. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast in the bar area overlooking the canal was a good experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was really good, and the location near the Rialto bridge added to the convenience of exploring this city.

And let's not forget about the breakfast - enjoying a delicious meal while overlooking the Venetian canals was truly an unforgettable experience.

While there were some minor noise disturbances in the morning, overall, everything was wonderful.
