Excellent location near vaporetto stations Ca D'Oro and Rialto Mercato. Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Lovely terrace overlooking the canal. Helpful and polite staff. Tasty breakfast.

Amazing location overlooking the canal. Plenty of space in the room for four people and a nice sitting area.
The hotel wanted to charge for tea bags and milk after the initial supply on the first day, which seemed illogical considering they provided a kettle in the room.

The room was comfortable with a bathtub and beautiful views of the Grand Canal. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices. The location was good, about 900m from St. Mark's Square.
We felt welcome and had no complaints whatsoever.

I had an amazing stay at Residenza D'Epoca San Cassiano. The room was impeccably clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and beautiful decor that added to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the canal and easy access to explore the city. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Venice.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Rialto market, making it easy to explore and experience the local culture. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with beautifully renovated bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast options are varied and delicious.
The bar isn't fully manned and lacks some expected facilities for a 4-star hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The attention to detail was extraordinary, from the beautiful Venetian design of the room to the stunning view of the Grand Canal. Being right on the canal was a treat, as we could see the constant activity and gondolas passing by. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast in the bar area overlooking the canal was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was exceptional, and the location near the Rialto bridge added to the convenience of exploring this city.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was within walking distance of most tourist attractions and directly opposite the cheap airport shuttle 100E. The morning program and afternoon program were easily accessible, thanks to the hotel's convenient transportation options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast offered a variety of fresh options. All of this was available at a reasonable price, making it an excellent choice for our stay.
